With over 17 years of experience in senior leadership roles and a lifelong commitment to advocating for families, communities, and organizations, my mission is simple: to share the strategies, wisdom, and tools that have transformed my own leadership journey. My leadership philosophy is rooted in one core truth: a leader’s greatest responsibility is to create other leaders. When we mentor, empower, and elevate others, we strengthen entire systems and create lasting change.

I am a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker with advanced expertise in child welfare, family systems, behavioral health, and organizational development. I earned my MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University and a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Throughout my career, I have championed social justice by developing strong, empowered teams that help families navigate complex systems and overcome barriers to essential services.
